NJAGD Cancellation Policy You will receive full refund if we are notified 30 days prior to the course date. Refunds will be in the form of credits towards future NJAGD courses. For documentation purposes, all cancellations must be made in writing, fax, or emails. Verbal or telephone cancellation is not acceptable. Cancellation policies may differ depending on certain courses or situations, and if noted differently in the course ads or if courses are offered by a third party other than NJAGD, they will take precedent over this general cancellation policy. If courses are canceled due to situations beyond NJAGD's control, then you will have the choice of receiving full refund or credit towards future courses.
